3 Phases to X5 Training Programs:
Initial Phase
The major goal to this 30 Day Phase is reprogramming your body's system. Your body is the most advanced computer system ever designed. Over the years, we program bad technology into our systems which gives each of us poor outcomes. It's our job to erase your hard drive and reprogram your system for peak performance.
Whether you're starting a brand new fitness program, seeking to break through a training plateau, or working towards a special event, the first phase of your training will be dedicated to reprogramming your system and creating new habits by getting back to the basics.
In this phase you will be working out both with your trainer and on your own with your trainer's guidance a total of 3-4 times a week. You will gradually begin to feel stronger and more confident, establish proper exercise technique, and learn eating habits to fuel your body for your new wellness lifestyle.
Second Phase
After successfully completing your first 30 Days, your body should be functioning at full capacity and geared for optimum results. Over the next 90 - 120 Days you'll begin to develop an efficient calorie burning machine. During this time, lean muscle will increase while FAT decreases.
Also during this phase, you'll increase the number of exercises performed with your trainer and on your own to a total of 4 to 6 times per week in order to realize maximum benefits from your fitness program.
Your trainer will start to introduce more complex exercises into your workouts as your coordination and stamina improve and ensure that you are getting sufficient variety in your training so that you keep progressing. Here is where you start to see significant changes to your body as well as increased strength and greater cardiovascular endurance.
Ongoing Phase
Beginning your 5th month on the program you will be 90% of the way to reaching your goal and ready to begin redefining your long-term goals. These long-term goals will help keep your performing a peak levels for the rest of your life.
